Dr Jennen is the BEST veterinarian in my opinion she goes above and beyond to help me and my furbabies when needed. The office staff and technicians and assistants have always treated me with respect and been very kind and helpful and friendly. I always feel at home there. I've been going there at least 20 years :)
We have been with Pine Street Animal Clinic for about 4 years for our 3 pets, but not without problems. First we dropped the grooming and boarding due to staffing problems and 2 month wait for appointments! Now, I took my two dogs in for their annual 2 months ago and have been trying to get my HeartGard RX out of them for over two months!!! My family moved to Cabot in Sept 1999. My husband was former military and our cat received her annual shots at LRAFB but for emergencies we chose Pine Street Animal Clinic. Sometime after the sweetgum balls fell in the spring of 2000, our 11 yr old female Manx cat insured a paw pad in the back yard having no experience with sweetgum balls before.
