I can’t thank Pine Street Animal Clinic enough for the support and love they showed my family today! Our cocker spaniel of over 14 years had what looked like a stroke overnight and it was clear he would not make it through the day. Even though they were completely booked they made accommodations for our family at the drop of a hat and our sweet Brodie got the amazing love and care he deserved to make it over the rainbow bridge. We can’t thank the staff enough and would highly recommend them!

Pine Street Animal Clinic was an absolute blessing to me when I lost my sweet puppy last week. I was amazed by the hospitality I received! They have truly won my heart over! They not only cared for my sweet puppy but they also cared for me! That truly is important. I will always keep my business with Pine Street ❤️

Pine Street used to be the place to take your beloved pets. Now it's awful, the wait times are appalling. I get that we are in the middle of a pandemic, but I still should not sit in my car waiting for over an hour after I have called to check in. I am very disappointed and if I was not moving in less than a year, I would change vets.

Deplorable for what they did, Go in with my cat who is literally dying, wait 3 hours for them to tell me little to nothing of what is going on with him. They crack it up to IBS, and for those who may not be aware that’s the diagnosis they give when they have no clue what’s going on. Spend $400 and it was a waste, he should have been kept and monitored closely instead of sent right back home with me. They charged an arm for doing nothing to help my cat. Drove an hour and a half to the animal hospital in hot springs and he’s... read more

This is my normal vet. I also board with them. I brought my dog in for two routine vaccines and it cost me almost $90! Its enough to not only wait for community event specials for the shots but to completely avoid this place. I'm worried it might be too costly if I came in for something that takes longer than 45 seconds.

A $600 trip to the vet to have absolutely NO answers. I was even charged for a bogus “disposal” fee. A day later my cat is worse than she was when she was seen. I’m having to take her to a different vet in the morning. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

We took our Sally in for hip pain. The entire staff was so pleasant and helpful. They've also called and checked on her twice. I most definitely recommend this clinic.
