Update: shortly after posting this the manager called harassed and threatened me. Don’t go here. This place is garbage so is the staff. I signed up for the wellness plan for both my dogs. The average visit takes about 3 or 4 hours if they see you at all( they double book every appointment). Whether or not they see your animal you get charged for it. I’ve asked several times to speak with manager or veterinarian, I’ve not yet heard from them. Of course we are not allowed to go inside and speak with anybody. Rip off. This p... read more

If Pet Desk were joined with the software ay the Animal Clinic, that would make a ton of difference. Online I ordered an exam, shots, dental and grooming. An appt was made, without a confirmation of everything I asked for. I called the groomer ahead of time to see where I should bring first. I was told she did not have an appt. when I arrived to the clinic for everything else, dental was never scheduled either, as the grooming system and the clinic system were not integrated with each other. At least her exam and shots... read more

If I could give this location a zero I absolutely would. Before I even get into the issue that arouse while our dogs were there I’ll comment on the fact that the facility looks very run down and the fence is very small so no where for your dogs to run. Now, we dropped our two dogs off Friday April 30th. Never have boarded our two dogs before, saw good reviews for this facility. Two hours after dropping them off they informed us that our female was in heat and she was going to be transferred to their vet clinic two doors down... read more

Took a very sick stray in and they saved him . His condition was so bad that I “ knew” he was dead. Just took him home today alive, jumping, and happy as hell . Couldn’t ask for more . At this point I’ll be taking my animals here for any further issues .

We had an emergency situation when we had all of the snow. They were the only vet we could find that was open. We took our dog, she had to have surgery. Each time we have had to go back for post op, we have had to wait entirely too long. One evening her appointment was at 5. After waiting for quite some time, they finally came out and got her. He waited and waited. 8:00 rolled around and still o word from any one. Communication goes a long way, and did not bother to let us know what was going on. We had an appointme... read more

My dog had a vet appointment at 4pm today. We arrived at 3:45 and called to let them know we were there. They confirmed, said the dog was checked in, and that a tech would be out to get the dog shortly. 4:15 still no one has come out to get the dog, not a big deal I understand vets have emergencies come in and get busy. 4:40 comes and no one has come to get the dog, so I called just to make sure my dog was checked in and they knew we were here. The woman on the phone was extremely rude and got a very large attitude with me. ... read more

I took my sick kitty to them and they were more worried about vaccinations then they were of making her well. We requested for them to wait on the vaccinations, so her immune system could fight the infection she already had. They did blood work and X-rays which rack up a $700 bill, which I didn’t mind paying. They kept her overnight and gave her vaccinations anyways. They sent her home with us and told us to flush her wound. They said they would call and check on her. She passed away this evening because she became septic. ... read more

My family has utilized Pine Street for nearly 15 years. Called this morning concerning an infection in one of our fur babies, just to be told it would be 2 months before we could be seen. I understand the new and unprecedented times that we HCW are experiencing but this is unacceptable.
