I took my cat a few years ago for a leg injury. They had me drop her off bc it was an urgent need. They said their X-ray machine was down and they’d take her to another place to get X-ray before doing anything. I thought a raccoon might have bit her but I said I wasn’t sure bc I couldn’t feel a bite but felt a small scab and she was limping. My appointment for my cat was delayed by quite a bit. The vet tech, or assistant tried 3 times to draw blood from her, I was tempted to take the needle away and do it myself. The bill was huge for the work done. Have not been back since.

RUDE!! Simply put the vet we saw was rude. Take your pets somewhere else and have them treated.

Staff is rude. Vet is uncooperative and came in smelling like an ash tray. We were longtime customers but no more. Very disappointed in them.

This is my normal vet. I also board with them. I brought my dog in for two routine vaccines and it cost me almost $90! Its enough to not only wait for community event specials for the shots but to completely avoid this place. I'm worried it might be too costly if I came in for something that takes longer than 45 seconds.
