My panels were installed 3 days ago. Pink energy has been very efficient so far as far as getting all the inspections, the roof and installation done in a reasonable amount of time. I am happy with the professionalism of they technicians and the work they did installing the solar panels and the battery and powercell. They cleaned up my front and backyard after they were finished and were very knowledgeable about how the system operates. They answered all our questions. Just had install completed 2 days ago. The whole crew was very good, polite & courteous. The were on time. They said it would be a two day install but they worked very hard and had the install completed in one day. They worked 12 hours to complete it. They kept us informed during every step of the install. They even went around picking up items out of the yard that had gotten dropped. Pink Energy lived up to my expectations, We called them when they were Power home Solar, and we had a few issues with the contract but they took care of it within a week. They told us we were in the queue for installation and said it might be a couple of months. We were always kept informed of the progress even when they changed over to Pink Energy. I've only had my system installed for 10 days. The installation team was polite, professional and cleaned up after themselves. They mentioned that they were usually a team of 5, but 2 guys were off, so there were 3 guys that came to install 15 panels and the converter. Installation took about 10 hours and I've chalked that up to the install team being down a couple guys.I'm waiting to see my next bill but I am a little concerned.
