Power Home Solar/Pink Energy representatives and agents lied about EVERYTHING!! From day one they made many promises and delivered on none of them. I have a system that has never worked. It has been ************* dealing with this company due to their lack of transparency, faulty equipment, poor installation (causing electrical issues throughout my home and damage to ********), no power, no support, no rebates, and no warranty. Purchased in april 2020, took over 6 months to get the system turned on and now it only saves me 20 or 30 bucks a month but costs almost 200 a month for the panels. Worse decision ever.
Company went bankrupt before completing our installation. We were awaiting final approval from our utility company. The Pink Energy installation team did not follow Pink Energy's plans as drawn up by the company and approved by our utility company. So we have hired a 3rd party company to move the necessary equipment to pass inspection and begin producing power. This process was started in late September and is still not complete as of December.
We are in the same boat it seems that everyone else is in. We purchased our panels in February 2022 with the promise that it would eliminate all if not most of our electric bill. Solar panels were not put on until April 2022 and working until June (when we received the first bill on the loan). It never covered even half our electric bill. Went out of business before completing our install while marking the install complete to the financial institution. They got their money from the bank now fighting the bank because the install was never completed. Worst mistake of my life. Stuck with a $55k loan for something that was never even completed. The former owners need to own up to their failure and remove the debt they cause not only my family but the thousands of families they failed by screaming them over.
We have copies of documented problems with our solar system. It was inoperable and scheduled for repair several times up until they announced bankruptcy. Now we see that there may be some financial relief from the Bankruptcy court. We tried to complain about our inoperable system and their failure to honor the warranty. Now we would just like to reach out and "get on the list" of unsatisfied customers who have been financially impacted by this.

They have not given me the proper service they said they would. I have had nothing but problems from the system since the day it was installed. They came out once to help me and after that All they do is tell me to reset it and that's it. Now they are closed permanently and I don't have any way to contact them. Poor service all around and i would like to know how to resolve this. Even if it does mean a lawsuit.
We have a 3 year old system that quit working a few months ago. No wonder that it was impossible to get a response from Pink since hearing theyve declared chapter 7 bankruptcy.Thankfully we received our rebate in tax filing for 2020 returns, and we paid off our small system. Hopefully Generac, Solar Edge, and other companies whose products were used for installation will do the right thing and honor warranties..
