We have it installed 12/21 we have been paying our regular utilities bil electric bill $200.00 plus $19250 to GoodLeap finance **
I just had my system installed in May, I never received my rebate check, they go out of business out of nowhere and I've just barely started to pay for a system that I don't know works like it should, they were supposed to come back out and check to make sure.
Terrible company, Now that they shut down left us in the dark on who's gna fix things. I would like to know what I can do as far as money back or someone who can fix things. Supposed to have a warranty for everything but now I gta pay out of pocket.
Can't get in contact with anyone about any issues. There is no modem connection between the inverter and my internet because they sold me a 3G modem system and the **** is no longer providing 3G service. The modem was supposed to be switched out for a 5G. They sent someone out April ************************************************************************** my house. The modem was not swapped out. Company grew too fast to do it right - greed dictated their decisions. Unsafe install practices placing their workers at risk. Once installed, poor quality of both installation and product requiring 7 follow up service calls in 10 months to correct mistakes and faulty equipment. No plan for customer service, either with a properly staffed and responsive call center to installers too busy installing (greed) to properly take care of existing customers. **************** is non existent unless one considers waiting for weeks for a returned call. I have not seen the solar generated power that was advertised by Power Home Solar.
August 13, 2020 the system was installed and not until October 15, 2020 was it connected to our utilityafter many calls to them. We were told Company was going to monitor 24/7 and if anything went wrong it would be fixed. The only time we knew something was wrong was when we found it ourselves through the telephone app. We called and it would take a month for any servicing, all the while the sun was shining brightly and we got no benefit from it. Terrible! Panel installation was never approved by the county inspector. I called and emailed multiple times to complain. I have paid over $200 per month for the past 4 months. As of tonight, I have emailed my bank to stop payment! I will follow up with a call tomorrow. As I tried to call Pink Energy, formerly PowerHome, today, I found that the business was closed! Power Home Solar / Pink Energy has left us with a non-functioning Solar system. The installation is not complete and the Inverter has stopped working.The whole process was very painful and time consuming. Very unprofessional, difficult to contact, and schedule service.At least now, no one else will be unfortunate enough to have to work with this company.
