If I could give zero stars, I would. We went with Pink Energy, because they said they would save us lots of money with our power bill. They installed the panels on the roof, but the system is still not working. Now Pink Energy is OUT OF BUSINESS!
********** up in June 2022 to get a solar system and they were taking there sweet time. I went on their ******** page and it said they were going out of business. The probably knew about this for awhile and still signing people up to get the system. Blaming Generic for the product but still they were playing dirty knowing that the system wasn't any good and still getting people to take out big loans to get a system they knew wasn't going to happen. Its been months panels are not up and running and now Im pay both a light bill and solar panel bill. Theyve been lying about everything since day one

Not sure how its legal for them to charge you money then disappear, None of the numbers work, all of the emails bounce back, this is a scam company. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING Do your homework this is a scam company
System does not work, never has. I filed a complaint with ** Attorney General. I want this c*** gone and money to fix my roof.
We had our panels installed June of this year (2022). We were told that we would receive a rebate by August and that we would be able to use it for our payments. That never happened. We did not pass our city inspection due to a shoddy wiring job in our electric panel. We finally had someone come out from pink energy to fix the issue about a week before they went out of business. We've been in contact with Generac and the city to get our system approved so that we can finally use it. Otherwise, we have $70k dollars of useless... read more
JUST DON'T DO IT! I would give zero stars if possible! We've had solar panels about a year and a half. They've not worked more than they work. We live in a remote area and internet is sketchy at best. ******** assured us that would be no problem. Well, that's Pink Energy's excuse every time! When you work a full time job, you don't have time to sit for hours on hold while they constantly transfer you to someone else. Terrible service full of lies! I was promised "a year on us" in form of a rebate check. Which was never received! Extrem damage on my roof leaks caused by the solar panel installation again was told I would get a " New roof" never happened. No calls no emails when I did get a person I was told lies about getting things then more waiting and no calls again! Do not trust them!!!! They should get negative stars!
