we contracted Power home energy,to install solar on my sons home, they did do the work after much complaints,phone calls sending out workers who had no idea what they were doing, this system failed after install, numerous parts were defective, panels no good, couldn't get anyone to come,they kept cancelling,then they filed for bankruptcy, changed their name to Pink energy, and still no response, now they are out of business,and thet sold the loans to another loan company,goodleap, they all are foreign,speak with a heavy indi... read more
I just received an email to sign loan papers for a loan I didn't approve or ask for. I met with a Pink Solar rep ages ago and after reading all the scams and fake panels they sell we never contracted this company. Randomly today, several months later, they filed for a loan I did not authorize or approve. I haven't heard from this company in months, I never signed anything to take on the loan or their services - they fraudulently tried to open a loan! Do not use this unethical, fraudulent company.
When we purchased our home, one of the contingencies was to take over the solar panel loan. However, ever since they were sold out by power home solar and became pink energy. We have had nothing but problems with the company. Lack of follow through, cheap parts etc. We were expecting a good quality product considering it was Generac. My system not complete and no rebate received, ugh, not happy,
We purchased on dec2021. The system does not work and we didnt receive our rebate check. They also have poor to non costumer service. Worst decision we made purchasing from them.
One of the reasons we went with Pink Energy is because they were partnering with Generac for solar installation. We already has a Generac Generator and were pleased with the company.Pink Energy was offering "One year on them" equaling to about $5,000 rebate to cover the payments on the loan for the first year.Every time we inquired about our rebate, we were given a different excuse. All lies from front to back. No support of any kind. No actual savings. Sales people lied about tax rebate. Will not discuss terms of contracts.
We decided to go solar in the fall of 2021, we did our research on several companies and came up with Power Home Solar. They looked like a reputable company at the time, so we got scheduled for the sales team to come out. They told us all kinds of good stuff, we specified a system that would power our home during storms/power outages. We had our install done on 21september22, the same day that they apparently closed their doors for good but didn't bother to tell us or stop the install. Here we are a month later and it still hasn't been inspected or activated and we are about to have to start paying for a paperweight on our roof.
