So I had my appliances serviced today by Joe D. Let me begin and state Joe D was probably one of the best service call men I’ve had in 20 years of living here. Joe D was totally prepared and knowledgeable. He actually was followed up with me with the status of the parts. I encourage anyone who has the ability to request a technician to ask for Joe D. You’ll be more than satisfied

I recently purchased a ThinQ LG washer/dryer and had issues with the washing machine door lock and power board . I had the pleasure of meeting one of the most amazing, professional and knowledgeable technicians, Joe D. who assessed and diagnosed the problems immediately. In took a few trips due to a complicated & confusing oven problem but they got it and now it's working great. Highly recommend them, good communications with the office and the techs; knowledgeable, courteous and prompt.

They both were great but I’m still having some problems . The unbalanced washer tub is still banging during the agitation cycle . Any way they can come Back and double check it ? Would not want to be charged again
