There for injection training. Dr prescribed the wrong type of injection (syringe instead of auto injector) even though the practice only uses auto injectors for that type of medication. 2 nurses had to figure out how to inject with a syringe since they had never administered before. Poor communication prior to this appointment as well. 5+ stars to the fantastic receptionists!

On time for appointment. Waited 1 1/2 hours to see a PA. I wanted to see a Physician . Ben became unfriendly when I quizzed him about the wait time. I am a Nurse, if I wanted to see a Nurse, I would have seen myself. I feel I needed A doctor for a more problematic answer to my diagnosis.
I arrived for a 9:30 appointment at 9:20. I was checked in at 9:40 and escorted to the examination room at 10:00. Doctor arrived at 10:20. I left the examination room at 10:29. This wasn't the first time this happened. How far behind schedule would an afternoon appointment be?
I paid a 25 copay to see the Dr five minutes and for him to ask me about a dr I saw at the age 13 I'm 57 lol

The doctor only took 3 minutes to see me from afar, she never reviewed the other lessons and only asked the nurse to freeze my warts without checking to see if any needed attention.

The physician assistant and nurse were very nice. I worked with Megan and Meeka. I went in for a full body mole check (Italian so I have a ton of brown "freckles"). Megan was very thorough and even checked my scalp, which I never thought of doing. I also had some skin tags on my rib cage that were bothering me for a while, which cropped up after radiation treatment to that quadrant.
