I needed some recall work done on my 2020 Altima that I use while I’m staying in Scottsdale. I set the appointment 3 weeks ago from Denver and everything went very smooth. Got me in, fixed the issue and took care of some overdue maintenance issues as well. Finished the job in a few hours. A Big shoutout to Darren for being honest and easy to work with. I’d also really appreciate the mechanic sending me video footage of the inspection. Great service department all the way around.
Gave me a accurate report of what needed to be done on my car. Will return for completion of the work when I have time. Jordan kept me fully informed.
