Everyone is so polite and laid back. Laid back employees tell me they're treated well and not constantly micromanaged by upper management. Something far too common in dealerships.

I needed some recall work done on my 2020 Altima that I use while I’m staying in Scottsdale. I set the appointment 3 weeks ago from Denver and everything went very smooth. Got me in, fixed the issue and took care of some overdue maintenance issues as well. Finished the job in a few hours. A Big shoutout to Darren for being honest and easy to work with. I’d also really appreciate the mechanic sending me video footage of the inspection. Great service department all the way around.
