The dealership was okay, deal was alright. It took 4 phone calls 2 emaild and a visit to get my paperwork 4 days after buying the car which did not include the car fax that i was told I would get. I have a tire light that came on during the test drive that will not clear. Service is taking look at it when it comes in next week.

Chris was awesome, Matt was sweet and informative and I felt like I was making the right choice. It was taking forever to get to finance but a perfect storm occurred which was not their fault. I will be looking to come back to buy again because of Chris and Matt.

Jonathan was Amazing! ! Truly listened and cared for me and my son, who was a first time car buyer. No arrogance or talking down to me like previous dealerships. I walked out of 3 before finding Pinnacle Nissan. Matt who wrapped up all the paperwork/warranty was also Amazing!!! Top Notch place doing right by the customer!!

Everything went as expected. Sales guy was very good and honest. Didn't try to oversell us and gave us the time we needed.
