From start to finish, the process was fast and easy. Mark was great to deal with, by setting an appointment to test drive and giving me all the information I needed to make the decision to purchase. Matt made the finance portion fun, explained options and provided detailed on the best extended warranty based on my driving habits.

Pretty solid experience, but this visit was a bit disturbing... about 6 weeks prior we brought the Murano into be looked at prior to a drive to/ from Las Vegas. We spent nearly $4,000 on service. That trip was ok, but this visit was due to a mechanic's error in that service visit. The car started pulling hard to the right, not handling well, set off multiple alarms... to the point where we felt it was unsafe to drive, so we had the car towed in.
