A brake vibration was noticeable on the very first test drive. Although the staff were polite and the issue was eventually fixed, it required multiple extra trips and time off work because it wasn’t addressed during my initial visit. I also had to pay $370 for a second key fob and the truck wasn’t delivered with a full tank. My trade-in was valued using “fair” KBB even though I felt it was in good condition, probably could have negotiated more, which I wish I had after the key fob.
