The first three people I talked to in the cells department were no help at all when I got a hold of Eddie and Service. He was patient because I was upset with the sales department he stepped up and told me he would check on it and he got back to me and got it taken care of the very next day. The sales department could’ve made it much easier if they would’ve just told me to talk to Eddie.

My sales person or two cars with Jackson he was awesome considerate kind knowledgeable no pressure from him, but he gave me a third choice the second time around and I bought it. I love it

My experience was to correct a re call notification. Pinnacle corrected the issue by a reset.

My service provider, Adrian was awesome. He was professional and knowledgeable. He was also very helpful. He set up a rental car so I wouldn't have to wait for my car to be finished. Adrian and his associate, Dan, made everything easy for me.
