Friendly and honest. They worked hard to actually give me a great deal on a fantastic car. The entire experience was practically painless (except for the 100F plus heat, which made shopping the lot a sweaty challenge). I would definitely buy a car from them again - and that's saying a lot because I HATE buying cars.
I contacted Pinnacle Nissan after seeing their inventory on line. They had the vehicle my wife and I wanted with all the options we wanted including the leather seats. Had a wonderful experience! we were expecting the worse and it was the complete opposite!! We enjoyed ourselves immensely and not once felt pressured or bullied into settling for a vehicle..
