Bought the car I wanted with no hassle! It was great to work with Jenny Brown! She was fun and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle! I’ve been shopping for my new Rogue for a couple of months. Pinnacle did not stalk me on email or text as other dealerships in the Valley did. I just received a nice email to let me know they were there when I was ready. Got a great price for my trade and I think made a friend in Jenny in the process! Thanks! I love the car!

Great experience! I was very happy to be paired with Jenni Brown! She was fun, low key, very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I ended up with the exact right car for me. The negotiation process with the sales manager Danny Luis was fair and he was good at resolving an initial misunderstanding with another sales person. I also thought the finance guy, Cameron, was very personable and efficient. Very satisfied with the whole experience and would recommend working with Jenni at Pinnacle Nissan!
