I was looking on Craig's list for a vehicle, and one of the items I clicked on, brought up Pinnacle Nissan. I entered my info and what I was looking for and promptly received a call from John Senter. This is the second Nissan I have purchased through this dealership. The first was back in 2009. Had some challenges in 2010, and 2011 with the sales division, but management changes have been made, and the new team is outstanding! The amazing part is the Service Department. Second to none. In fact if it weren't for them, the sales division would not have had a repeat customer!!!!!!!!!!!!
Paulo, Castro, and Cameron great job all. Quick easy in and out from test drive to finance! Paulo even bought my mom a Nissan key chain and soda out of his own money, that was most appreciated. Getting a free iPad mini was also a pleasant surprise! Thanks guys
I had been talking with John for about a month trying to figure out which vehicle was best for my needs. Within that month he never once tried to get me to come to the dealership. He listened to all of my needs and NEVER suggested another vehicle that I wasn't looking for or one that was out of my price range.
