John Hartley started the experience of buying in the right direction with no pressure and was very helpful. Once at the dealership met Jose Rivera he was prompt in showing the vehicles answering whatever questions I may have being patient and helpful with also no pressure. I would recommend this dealership to a friend mainly due to the fact of how they went out of their way to help me through the bumps we encountered through the process of purchasing my car. We ran into some snags dealing with the bank first accepting then not accepting a loan and the owner of pinnacle Nissan as well as john cruz helped me significantly with the issues.

Mr. Rivera spent the better part of the day with my daughter and I as we looked for a used car. We test drove three cars and asked a lot of questions. Joe was very professional and only answered questions and did not pressure us at all. He made the visit and resultant paper work and negotiations tolerable. A real credit to the dealership. I'll be back and recommend them highly.

Our experiance with Pinnacle Nissan was a great experiance. From the time we arrived and were greeted, the Pinnacle team was very engaging and respectful of us. David Diemer, who was our Sales Rep., was a very easy to work with. He listened to our desires for our new car and was able to drive us to the car that we wanted. All of the staff were very friendly and professional. Stephen the sales man was not pushy or aggressive. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the car he was showing. I will definitely be telling all my friends and relatives about Pinnacle Nissan. I'm a repeat customer and I will definitely keep coming back.

Not only did I purchase a vehicle from Pinnacle Nissan once, but I just went today and bought another vehicle from Pinnacle Nissan because of how great everyone is! I worked with Tamer Abdouni the first time, and have nothing but great thingss to say about him.
