Put American Racing wheels on my 99 Pathfinder. First time the wheels were balanced at Pinnacle the job was perfect, serviceman rode with me and showed me the computer print out for each wheel. Second time I brought the Pathfinder in for wheel balance, was told that wheels were incorrect for vehicle and was sold another set of wheels for roughly $800. Sold the first set for $100. Some of the people at Pinnacle are nice enough, but they failed to meet their committments on several occasions. For example, I purchased a used 2002 300i from them a few weeks ago and they failed to accurately disclose the condition of the car. They claimed it was 'perfect' and 'like new' and it was not close. It had a broken driver's window mechanism, scratched wheel, broken interior trim, etc. In addition, RG claimed the car had all records, accessories and keys.
