I wish that i had read all the negative reviews before going into this place. By far the most awful experience I've ever had with a car dealership. I would like to name the salemen I worked with but then this review probably won't get posted. The first guy I dealt with NEVER gave me straight answers to the important info I needed to know like what is the money factor? What is the cap cost? Residual value? True CAR SALES MAN- higher prices than other places in the valley, do not recommend. They did not try and work with my price at all, they pulled all the sales tricks and they shouldn't have even shown we the car they did as they knew my budget! Not a good place to work with!
Without getting too lengthy in a comment, I just want to say that my husband and I feel that the salesmen invoved in our transaction were very dishonest in the overall sale of our new car. FOR US BUYING A CAR IS A HUGE DEAL, WE GET A NEW ONE ABOUT EVERY 10 YEARS. We went in to purchase a used car at the end of the year. Went through the usual 2-3 hour back and forth on the price of the car and the amount we would get for the trade in. Eventually agreed to a price on both but were surprised when the detailed pricing with fees came back with an entry for Zaktek for $297 as a permanent entry on the form. They were very dishonest and the price went up and down They were very dishonest and the price went up and down a couple times and when i agreed to a price they offered it went up again. They tried to tell me the car was going to auction tomm so if I wanted it I better get it now. Bad service and a horrible experience. I would never go back.
Pinnacle Nissan is ran by a bunch of liars. The customer service is terrible and they will lie to you about everything. The sales and finance people are very SHADY. Beware of the deals they offer with the purchase of their vehicles. I was promised something and it has now been well over a month. I built a Murano on line with Nissan and they emailed my request for a quote to Pinnacle. I have not heard a thing in a week. Nissan asked if I got a quote and I advised NO. I also emailed Pinnacle twice looking for a quote with no answer yet. Guess they don't want my business.
I went there because of a faulty audio circuit in my radio was affecting my a/c. When I received the car I was told that the tech felt the problem seemed to still be happening which meant that I needed a reconditioned radio. Since the problem was not evident at the time, I told him to wait on the radio until I had a chance to see for myself.
