My wife, toddler boy and I all went to the dealer with one thing in mind getting the car we want. Well that is exactly what happened we did. Until 2 weeks later they came back and said they need more money down. Before we left we confirmed and asked if the loan will go through "we wouldn't give you the car if we weren't 99.99% sure we can get the loan approved" said the finance manager. This is the 2nd time in 2 years that this service dept has tried to sell me repairs or services that were not needed. This last time (10/31/11) I was told I needed $1267 worth of repairs and services. These included replacing the dirty air filter, replacing the dirty brake fluid, replacing the dirty power steering fluid, replacing the dirty automatic transmission fluid, and replacing the L & R lower control arms, whicch they said the bushings were split/leaking. This "service" center doesn't even deserve one star. I went in for a 3 hour service and I was refused a pick up from the shuttle service. My option was to get dropped off and walk back in 113 degree weather. I'm sorry but is this not a car dealership??? This has to be one of the most shady dealership that I have been to. This experience is from around 4 months ago, so I don't remember all the employee names. I do remember that almost everyone has a manager title for some odd reason. This is the worst dealership ever. I used the Autotrader. Com link on there website which gives you a guaranteed price to trade in your car, or sell it to them. When I showed up at the dealership after making an appointment, the person that made the appointment was unavailable so they said they would have to call me later with the offer. 3 days and 2 emails later I finally got there offer which was 2000 less then there website quoted. We brought our Armada in for a recall repair. We were very disappointed fro numerous reasons: 1. Although this was a recall repair, the dealer did not provide us with alternate transportation while they were repairing the car. 2. They did provided us with an "Action Plan" to perform other "repairs," including a charge for $1800.00 to scan our vehicle for codes. A service that most service shops charge $0 - $200.00 for. 3. i recently gave to great reviews reports but now im taking it all back. i got treated bad at the end..when came out to talk to tristan and rob i told them i had no money down or didnt have a co signer and they told me i didnt need that this happend on 1-11-11. This dealership used a typical bait and switch ploy. The sales representative was unfriendly and offered no apologies for tricking me. I took my business to Power Nissan in Chandler and never looked back. This place sucks big time. Run from this dealership.
