I went over to Pinnacle to take a look at some New Frontiers. I hadn't really planned on purchasing anything that night, but if the price was right, I was willing. After meeting Matt, I thought he was less than enthusiastic, but appreciated he wasn't pushy. We can't thank Michael and Jonathan enough for all their help. We were not too pleased when we were told we were approved and everything was okay with the first car we bought and left with. Then we were told to come back in on a Monday night, waited 45 minutes to see someone and then told we were not approved and had to leave the car there and had to had them give us a ride back home at almost 9pm. I brought a car in and was VERY clear that it was going on a road trip. That I needed it checked from top to bottom, left to right. Got it home, and one of the tires was almost flat - a minor thing but something I expected them to look at. It's now on the "road trip" and the left front wheel well liner came flying off. Suspiciously right after being in the shop - did they forget to tighten something? I won't be going back there again.
This is by far the worst experience of my life. I don't EVER want to go through a dealership again if they are like this. Everyone that my daughter and I dealt with were slimy liars!!! I cannot believe that people actually give Pinnacle Nissan good reviews!! What I find amazing is that after the treatment and promises that were made to us; we went back 2 months later to collect on the promise and the people involved were all gone... can we say "cover up?" ?!
This is my best recollection of a recent conversation I had with a Pinnacle Nissan Service Advisor, when I walked in to the service bay: Me: Hi there. I just bought a brand new Nissan 370Z. I'd like to change the in-cabin airfilter. The owners manual says to contact your Nissan dealer for further details. I'm looking for details. I recently bought Nissan Altima 2007 from Pinnacle Nissan and since then, I am having issues with getting my loan approved and getting the plates etc. They will care till the car was sold and since then, it is your headache to follow-up and see whether loan was approved or not, getting new plates etc. The customer service was pathetic. I will not recommand this delaer to any one to buy a new/used car. Thanks..Kasi Chopperla
One of the worst Nissan dealers I ever dealt with. First a salesmen who knows as much about a 370Z as the man on the moon. The a person calling herself a sales mananger calling me and telling me to come she will give me a great deal. I went in and they told me she was busy. They send out another soldier with a guy who knows nothing. I tell this soldier I am leaving and he laughs as I walk away. Someone else would have punched this little weasel in the face. BRUCE WEISS AND MIKE MCKENNA are THE biggest liars and scammers i have EVER met in my life. i cant speak for anyone else there, but if you are unlucky enough to get either of these creeps, ask for someone else or LEAVE. you will thank me later! worst new car buying experience i have EVER had. to the owner of pinnacle nissan: did you really hire these people? The ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! It would appear that the word Honesty has never entered into this dealerships vocabulary! Stear Clear of them. Complete frustration from beginning to end! They just want your money they are not interested in "service" of selling you a car in an HONEST way. More than 12 people I worked with, for someone to finally just say we can not make this happen after a week of working with complete incompetent individuals!
