Jordan was excellent to work with and had a great personality. He made a difficult experience with my car turn into a good experience. He would have been 10 times better if he would have got me a Lamborghini as my car rental while he was fixing my current car situation but hey what can I say, a Nissan Altima as my car rental did the trick! In all seriousness, great guy to work with.

I had lost my fob for my car and Jordan assisted me and got me an appointment with in hour. Everyone was amazing and customer service was outstanding. I have gone to a different dealership and they were great but I will be going to Pinnacle Nissan for now, I was very impressed with the professionalism of the team.
