Met my service rep at specified time and he took down my information very quickly. I stayed at the dealership and waited for the service to be completed. I was given an approximate waiting time of 2 hours. The service was completed earlier than expected. The service rep went over everything that was taken care of and discussed future considerations regarding items to be aware of for future service. I couldn't be more pleased with the total ""hands on" service I received from pulling into and departing the dealership.

Never received print out of car's condition after oil and filter service with topping off fluids and tire rotation. Also, car was not washed when it was requested.
