Wes Auer definitely saved us some grief, some money and from having to get a new vehicle, I can’t even explain the amount of stress that was going on when Wes happened to be the hero of the day and took care of business with a smile on his face. I’d recommend Wes for any future service based issue as well as in general.

I arrived at 7:00 AM for an oil and filter change. Check the service light going on and off randomly? Service technician said the shock absorbers needed replacement! I could only afford to replace the rear one because the front 2 cost$ 1200. I didn’t expect a $2000.00 bill when I came in for a simple oil change. I OKAYED for the rear shocks only.
