I've generally had a good experience with a SRS system I've generally had a good experience with a SRS system wire harness replacement under warranty, replacing damaged control arms, etc. This past service something was misdiagnosed and I paid for a $400+ part not including labor. After more diagnosis the true cause was determined and fixed (under no extra labor cost, to their credit).
