The service done was excellent. When I arrived to pick the car and pay the bill, I found out that if I use my credit card the dealership was adding a 3% fee to the bill. I paid by check as a result. It took over 5 minutes for the customer service age to call my bank and clear the check.

Eddie and the techs went above and beyond diagnosing a strange rattle sound with my car and so far I haven't heard the noise come back.
