I've generally had a good experience with a SRS system wire harness replacement under warranty, replacing damaged control arms, etc. This past service something was misdiagnosed and I paid for a $400+ part not including labor. After more diagnosis the true cause was determined and fixed (under no extra labor cost, to their credit). Unfortunately I did have to go back and forth to get any sort of compensation for the unnecessary new part.
