PJ and his team are awesome. They were easily to work with and kept us in the loop with everything going on. PJ even got the seller to give us more of a credit to cover closing cost without asking him. He truly does what’s best for you and will move mountains to make it happen. If you have bad experiences in the past use PJ and his team you won’t be disappointed.

All I can say is TOO TIER. PJ is the man to go to to get the job done even in short notice. He put me in my brand new home by yesterday which was on schedule from the other lender who shot me down at the last minute.
