The overall experience with PJ and Element Mortgage was fantastic! The process did take a few months since it was for a new build but PJ was on it the entire time from start to finish. He took the time to walk me thru the whole process very early on and broke down the expected closing cost, home builder incentives, monthly payment, rate buy-down and expected interest rate. PJ was the best! I could not have done it without him. He is someone who really cares about his clients. He did everything he could to help us in our journey. I want to personally thank PJ and his team for the awesome job they did in approving our loan. They saved my deal from the previous leader. It took 4 months of waiting to only be told I was not approved 4 days before my closing. I spoke to PJ and within a week I was approved and closed on my home.
