I highly recommend PJ and his team. They guided me through my home buying process every step of the way. If there were any hiccups they were proactive and solved them quickly and efficiently. Today makes it one week since I closed. This was the best experience I've ever had working with someone from a financial aspect. PJ and Davaney were truly God sent and took great care of me. If you are looking to buy property in the Myrtle Beach area, I highly recommend you connect with Rob Ferraro and his team at Element Mortgage. Rob is very knowledgeable about the area. He seemed to be available 24 hours a day for the many questions that came up during the process. While banks have certainly increased the amount of paperwork needed during a real estate transaction, Rob was able to help us understand everything that was needed.
