If you are looking to buy property in the Myrtle Beach area, I highly recommend you connect with Rob Ferraro and his team at Element Mortgage. Rob is very knowledgeable about the area. He seemed to be available 24 hours a day for the many questions that came up during the process. While banks have certainly increased the amount of paperwork needed during a real estate transaction, Rob was able to help us understand everything that was needed. Let me say what a great person to do business with, PJ Creescenzo III has always been on point with all the information that I need to make this loan go smoothly for me and all the info he gave me was always correct . He never stop surprising me with the way he handle my needs ,always returning my calls and text message me after hours to let know we our on point and on the same page.
