If you are looking to buy property in the Myrtle Beach area, I highly recommend you connect with Rob Ferraro and his team at Element Mortgage. Rob is very knowledgeable about the area. He seemed to be available 24 hours a day for the many questions that came up during the process. While banks have certainly increased the amount of paperwork needed during a real estate transaction, Rob was able to help us understand everything that was needed.
