The overall experience with PJ and Element Mortgage was fantastic! The process did take a few months since it was for a new build but PJ was on it the entire time from start to finish. He took the time to walk me thru the whole process very early on and broke down the expected closing cost, home builder incentives, monthly payment, rate buy-down and expected interest rate.
