We like Dr Moller (the vet) however we consistently seem to have issues with the front desk area... every time we visit it takes at least 30 minutes to drop off /pick up the cat after boarding. They want to print a ton of paperwork, make you wait, fill out forms, it seems very old school. This time when picking up our cat we watched as they tried to hand our cat to someone else picking up their pet, in the wrong carrier (?!??!?! Good thing we were there!) That is pretty bad. I've been taking my pets here for the past 29+ years they have been consistently professional with some of the most highly regarded vets in the South Bay. My dogs have always been comfortable and happy to be here. Excellent pet hospital! Junior is the best groomer, too! I have been very happy and excellent doctors.
YES 5 STARS! If there was 6, 7, 8 etc., they would get those as well. My dog, Rusty, had been nauseous for 2 days and would not eat. I had been going to VCA in West LA because of need for a neurology doctor to treat encephalitis. I called these folks up in the afternoon and they gave me an appointment right away, that day. My doctor was Michelle Moeller. She looked at files form VCA and did an exam. She consulted and suggested different meds that might work better. They did. Looking for a new groomer and a comfortable place to bring your pet? Bring them to Plaza Del Amo! I was unhappy with PV Village although we had been going there for years! It's my 3rd visit here and I am simply delighted with everything and everyone. Customer service ( especially with Elizabeth) has been helpful and feel like I can trust them with my pet. They are the best!! Very friendly and caring for your animals. I'm very comfortable leaving them for boarding and my dogs like coming. You can truly trust them with your animals and I've been coming for over 10 years.
