RecommendedI truly dread dental appointments. However this was one of the best dental experiences. Dr. Patel & the staff were extremely polite and courteous. They took the time to explain all of the treatment plan options, recommendations and costs. I would highly recommend Pleasant Plains Dental to friends and family.
Dr. Ernst and his staff are amazing! I had a procedure done today and they were great. Very great bedside manor and just overall warm and welcoming. My son was falling asleep on a stool during my procedure and his staff was concerned he would fall off. They got him a pillow and 2 blankets to get him comfy and where he wouldn't fall. Small gestures like this make all the difference. Thank you Dr. Ernst and staff for a great visit.
Friendly staff & Dr Ernst is so capable . The whole experience was very pleasant (just like the name pleasant plains)
