Pleasant plains has been awesome! I had some work completed, today, and the staff was patient with my stubborn mouth and my poor life choices regarding my teeth. I have never felt uncomfortable. Grateful for this team! To boot, my family loves you, too!
Pleasant Plains Dental is a great place to go for dental treatment. I had my teeth X-rayed and cleaned by Kaitlyn who did a superb job. She explained everything she did before she actually performed the task. She was also very concerned about my comfort level and asked often if I was alright. Dr. Ernst was also very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Will definitely be recommending him to my friends and family.
First visit and you know what they say about first impressions...Everyone from the front desk (Kayla), Hygienist (Katelyn) to the Dr. Ernst get 5 stars. The office is state of the art and patient friendly. If it weren't for the need to have a tooth extracted, I would be looking forward to my next appointment and visit (just kidding, you know how us Marines are when it comes to needles and pain...you can shoot us, but don't stick a needle in us). Today was my second appointment at Pleasant Plains. They had several reminders via phone, text, and email leading up to my visit. They are extremely professional, thorough, and seem to care about the patient. The office has several amenities not found in all dentist offices. But the staff will keep me coming back!
