RecommendedJust had my first visit and it was great! Dr. Ernst and his staff are so nice and knowledgable. Made me feel right at ease and the facility is amazing. It is comfortable and inviting, and has state of the art equipment. This will be my new dental office of choice when bringing the rest of my family here for a check-up.
I am so glad I made the switch to this dentistry! The staff are always so informative and friendly. It's also neat to watch TV while I get my teeth cleaned. Shout out to Sonya who always make me feel welcome and is just the sweetest! If you need a dentist go here and tell your friends.
Dr. Earnst really cares about his patients! Honest and approachable. Clinic is also very nice.
This is by far the BEST general practice I have ever been to! Se. Ernst is very friendly and welcoming, as well as ALL his staff! From scheduling the appointment over the phone, reminders(text, email, phone call) it's all great! The office is gorgeous and well decorated! I love how he included his family within the decor of his office! What an amazing office and and phenomenal experience. I can't wait to return! Thank you so much Pleasant Plains Dental!!!
Completely satisfied with today's visit. I'm glad there are still dentist out there that do not just practice dentistry for the money, but more for the passion to give the knowledge to their patients. Dr. Ernst exceeded my expectations, and so did his staff especially Sonya. Can't wait to go back to the office and have my wisdom teeth pulled out and no need to spend a huge amount of money at an oral surgeon.
I went in for the first time yesterday 2/26/2015 and was completely taken back with how nice this place was from the decor to the staff! I'm terrified of a dentist but had no choice but to go get a tooth pulled and absolutely loved the Dentist all the staff, so kind and gentle and really care about your needs! They offer a wonderful dental package if you don't have insurance which I did purchase and will start working on getting my teeth straightened out and back to good condition! My experience tells me to add two more stars above excellent. Everything was perfect. The waiting room was well appointed and relaxing. Television kept me occupied and before I knew it I was finished and out the door on my way home.
Went Out to dinner Friday night and broke my tooth call Dr. Ernst Saturday morning and he took me right away!
I am so thankful we found a dentist for mom that is open on the weekends and stays open later during the week. Now I don't have to take a vacation day to get her to her appointment. I wished ALL doctors would recognize this....
