This was our first time at PM urgent care. Each staff member from check in, Nurse and Doctor were kind, patient, and great at their jobs.

Second time here and just as efficient as the last visit. I made my reservation, showed up a bit early, went right in, saw a DOCTOR, and done! What a relief, no frustrations, very pleasant interaction with all staff. These kind of thing make your day.
We’ve been there a few times, always pleasant and not much wait time with all of questions answered. Now we had a crazy experience with our daughter having a bad accident and they were all so nice/helpful and comforting thru the process. Even offered her a popsicle after the mess. In a moment that was embarrassing for us, they still were comforting. So shout out to all the staffing!
