The receptionist was great and very helpful !! Dr Eric was awesome !!!!! He helped me calm down and was very calming and patient with my son. He need stitches so he was crying a lot. Saw Dr. Coleman for the second time with my second child. When I saw that he was the doctor that was there for the last minute appointment, I was very happy, as we had experienced his care a few weeks back. He is patient, easy to talk to, and took his time with my daughter who is very quiet and shy. The assistant that brought her back was very sweet and gentle when testing my daughter. The staff seems to be happy working there and it shows in how they communicate and care for their patients.

Very good experience. Registration process was easy, making an appt was easy, friendly staff up front and doctors were thorough and explained everything well. I love that X-rays were also able to be done and reviewed on site.

The waiting when we went there was fast. The staff were very nice and accomodating. The PA was welcoming and very knowledgeable of what was going on. She explained very well.

Long wait but had to come in because it was the weekend after we returned from the trip and my child had a bad ear ache. Paid the copay, was seen and given ear drops. It was about 10pm. Developed a fever overnight and ear ache worsened. after we called back to see if they can prescribe antibiotics to take orally since it’s been a few hours since we seen the doctor we were told that we had to come in again and pay a copy again.
