The receptionist was great and very helpful !! Dr Eric was awesome !!!!! He helped me calm down and was very calming and patient with my son. He need stitches so he was crying a lot. Diana helped out also and was great!! Dr Eric is an asset to PM !! I knew him prior from a practice and trust him so much !!

Saw Dr. Coleman for the second time with my second child. When I saw that he was the doctor that was there for the last minute appointment, I was very happy, as we had experienced his care a few weeks back. He is patient, easy to talk to, and took his time with my daughter who is very quiet and shy. The assistant that brought her back was very sweet and gentle when testing my daughter. The staff seems to be happy working there and it shows in how they communicate and care for their patients.

Very good experience. Registration process was easy, making an appt was easy, friendly staff up front and doctors were thorough and explained everything well. I love that X-rays were also able to be done and reviewed on site.

The waiting when we went there was fast. The staff were very nice and accomodating. The PA was welcoming and very knowledgeable of what was going on. She explained very well.

My son was screaming of sore throat Rapid strep came back negative Holiday weekend She walked in said negative and begrudgingly gave him an exam. She asked zero questions. Gave zero advice. Gave zero anything. Awful. There was also no one in the waiting room. It wasn't even like she needed to rush to other patients. It was quiet.

The doctor was amazing. But waiting almost 3 hours with a kid that’s sick was awful..need more physicians working
