Saw Dr. Coleman for the second time with my second child. When I saw that he was the doctor that was there for the last minute appointment, I was very happy, as we had experienced his care a few weeks back. He is patient, easy to talk to, and took his time with my daughter who is very quiet and shy. The assistant that brought her back was very sweet and gentle when testing my daughter. The staff seems to be happy working there and it shows in how they communicate and care for their patients.

Very good experience. Registration process was easy, making an appt was easy, friendly staff up front and doctors were thorough and explained everything well. I love that X-rays were also able to be done and reviewed on site.

The waiting when we went there was fast. The staff were very nice and accomodating. The PA was welcoming and very knowledgeable of what was going on. She explained very well.

Horrible experience. I’ll never go back. Front end receptionist refused to help me and made me check in on my phone. Fine. And then the person after me was treated totally different and was able to fully register with the incompetent receptionist and not on their phone. Further, receptionist said she couldn’t find my insurance In the system despite me calling insurance IN the waiting room and getting confirmation that they were in network. I usually have a good experience but not this time. Both the MA and the doctor did not have the best bedside manners, nobody washed hands before the exam/test. A third person came to the room with the doctor, perhaps a student, and the doctor did not introduce him. Unpleasant experience from start to end.

Honestly, I don’t understand why this office is even open. We just needed eye drops, and our doctor doesn’t work on Saturdays. The girl at the front desk, with a very unfriendly attitude, said they couldn’t help us and sent us to the hospital. I don’t understand how someone without medical education , who didn’t even look at the child, can decide whether they handle this or not. And secondly, with such an attitude toward patients, how can someone work with children at all?

My son was screaming of sore throat Rapid strep came back negative Holiday weekend She walked in said negative and begrudgingly gave him an exam. She asked zero questions. Gave zero advice. Gave zero anything. Awful. There was also no one in the waiting room. It wasn't even like she needed to rush to other patients. It was quiet.
