The waiting when we went there was fast. The staff were very nice and accomodating. The PA was welcoming and very knowledgeable of what was going on. She explained very well.

Honestly, I don’t understand why this office is even open. We just needed eye drops, and our doctor doesn’t work on Saturdays. The girl at the front desk, with a very unfriendly attitude, said they couldn’t help us and sent us to the hospital. I don’t understand how someone without medical education , who didn’t even look at the child, can decide whether they handle this or not. And secondly, with such an attitude toward patients, how can someone work with children at all?

My son was screaming of sore throat Rapid strep came back negative Holiday weekend She walked in said negative and begrudgingly gave him an exam. She asked zero questions. Gave zero advice. Gave zero anything. Awful. There was also no one in the waiting room. It wasn't even like she needed to rush to other patients. It was quiet.
