The doctor we saw was amazing! My son got hit in the head at Lacrosse practice and has a concussion. She was thorough, kind and informative. Truly the best experience at an urgent care we have had.

This was my first time there and I have to say everyone was wonderful and professional and made my son feel comfortable!! I had to go two days in a row and both times the staff was amazing. I will definitely recommend this place!!! The PAs (PA Remini; Monica and Wendy) whom I met with were fantastic and awesome!!! And the place was so clean!!!

Dr and receptionist were wonderful but what is the point of having an appointment time if not seen at that time. Waited 1.5 hours after appointment time. My son is autistic and this was extremely difficult for him. Had to drive around and have them call me when ready. If my pediatrician wasn’t closed I wouldn’t go here. It’s a shame. When first opened it was fantastic.again staff was wonderful but it was extremely slow.
