Sorry- but not the pharmacy I would use for asomething you need in 24 hours or over the weekend. Prescription sent on Friday, yes it was Easter weekend but... ended getting the product Wednesday. I live downtown Toronto.

I would like to know what I am being charged when I put an order in. Also can I get a paper copy of the receipt for my purchase? I don't have access to a printer and need paperwork to submit for insurance.
Honestly, it turned out to be a lot more complicated than anticipated. Not a super transparent process. It was annoying to have to communicate via multiple phone calls, texts and the dashboard in order to get the order processed. Unfortunately, overall, I think it was have been easier to do it in a pharmacy. I'm remaining open minded.
Account was set up in correctly. Called customer service one day and he fixed it in the next day it wasn't fixed. I set up a prescription for my daughter and it took a week to get it and then when they said they're going to ship it it didn't get shipped and they say payment error and nobody contacted me. This issue isn't probably yours but I don't understand why you need to call to get a consult when you're getting a prescription transferred from another pharmacy

It was a bad experience because of the back and forth. I ended up just going back to my original pharmacy and will pay the $10 dispensing fee for each prescription. Customer service comes at a cost and I will pay.
I ordered a specific quantity of medication in order to sync my meds and was given different quantities so now my meds are even more out of sync. Rx requests were faxed inappropriately to my doctors without my permission.
