Emergency script for very sick child. Needed to be filled and delivered immediately, but PP cannot do this. The kindest of agents told me to fax PP the prescription anyway and they would transfer it to a pharmacy local to me where I could pick it up. She watched her fax machine until the script arrived, did the transfer and actually called me to let me know it was with the local pharmacy. Now that's service!

Bad customer service. Had many people tell me contradictory statements about my medications. Several Bad experiences since switching to pocket pills

I called the team a few times because I needed medication right away for a procedure that I was going to take. They were able to find the one that was not in stock and provided all the others by the next say.
