service is fine, but EXCESSIVE. Way, way, way too many phone calls, texts and emails. I get several every day. This in itself, if it does not slow down will make me drop the service.

Compound Diclo 10% is $ 83.16 Pocket Pills Pharmacy and in Sobeys Pharmacy price is $26.96 for the same product, I can’t pay three times as much for it. Service is excelent, but price in this meducation is expensive 🙁

Took 4 days to get the medicine delivered. Even after the status was ready to ship on next day. I wouldn’t continue with the service.

Far too many text and email ,not a need for so much , price seemed a little steep,plus side delivery was fast

Harassing phone calls and emails. It’s too much. I just wanted the freedom to do everything on the website without having to be contacted so much. If there are messages or information I should know... it should be submitted with the medicine or available on the website/app. Maybe a function of “have you read all the information?” And you have to check the box before continuing the order. agent forgot to process medication order 2 days late. i called the agent they said they made an error, and will start processing. after, still they did not process or begin delivery...... worried, i then transferred the prescription to another pharmacy; the pocket pills agent told the other pharmacy that the order had been processed and mailed out... and they would not transfer..... 5 mins later after a call from the other pharmacy... out of the blue! i receive a text saying my order was just processed... and "expect... read more
