Brutal delivery have been waiting for insulin for 5 days previous order of medication took 9 days to get to me not impressed

There was a lot of delays (3 days?) in processing my meds and then another couple days went by with the order saying 'ready to ship'? I had to contact support, chatted with some fellow with an exotic name I couldn't recall if I tried, and I was told there was a missing 'prompt' to confirm I am not taking other meds, agree to the costs, haven't changed addresses, etc.. I was really looking forward to a progressive experience. Right from the beginning, the prescription from the doctor was recorded wrong. I requested my prescriptions on a Friday. I recall that Pocket Pills said 24 hour delivery. I received the prescription on the following Tuesday following my text asking where my prescription was. I was told it was sent “urgent,,,I am in the GTA. I am concerned I made a mistake

I was given the wrong information by customer service reps. My prescription was delivered 3 days late even though I was told it would be delivered on time.

It was my first.order and the way it was handled was very frustrating and on top the literature was not inserted in delivered package.

My first time trying and I had all of my vitamins come in the morning packet when I had requested 3 in the morning and one at bedtime.

It took one week for me to receive prescribed medication. It would be much quicker to just go to the nearby pharmacy. I wish you can send medications in 1-2 days.
