Spent more than a week calling back to get my prescriptions transferred and figuring out pricing.

Confusing web site, multiple text messages, some of which were inaccurate I intend to move my prescriptions by to my pharmacy. the pharmacist I spoke to what very nice and helpful. It is your system that is a disaster.

The process took a very long time and I could have gotten my prescription done at a pharmacy 2 weeks quicker with much less interactions. Not impressed that my package was left at my front door. I specifically asked for Canada Post to deliver so that I wouldn't have this front door issue.

Ordering on the app didn’t work so I asked for help on the chat. I got it ordered and received. The only issue I had was that the representative didn’t ask if I want pocket packs which is is exactly why I came to your company.

Your systems are lacking. I get texts that make no sense which only verifies you don't have humans reading the file, don't know what theyre doing, or too much volume or all of the above. I liked what you offered initially and now do not appreciate your services at all

Not all prescriptions were transferred when I joined. Refills left on them are wrong. I was led to believe that this was an easy, simple process and it was far from it. I was told to make all the calls to correct it. Not happening. What is the benefit to using PocketPills if I am expected to do all the work??
