I expected a lean experience with limited interactions, fast and efficient service. What I got on the 1st purchase was: - Had to send more than 10 SMS to customer service - Had to chat ~5 times with customer service - Product was delivered with 2 tablets missing, so I had to complain and wait for a 2nd delivery the next day - Although I purchased 10 tablets, 20 tablets were discounted from my prescription. For the liquid form of medicine, there was no measurement syringe or measurement spoon, as promised. It is hard to measure exact amount without measuring tools.

The medication that was about to ship did not match my prescription. Luckily I pointed it out in time so I did receive the medication I needed. They also tried to bill my benefits but it was denied, so I said I would switch back to my old pharmacy and they tried it again and the charge went through just fine. Not sure what was going on there.

I ordered from you because you would deliver right to my door however, the delivery of my item wasn’t even attempted. Had to pick the item up at the post office that was affected by long weekend hours and then I was several days late for my birth control.

Well the driver took a picture of my photo Id when he did my medication with the company cellphone and the manager from the pocket pills mississauga branch told me that was not supposed to happen
