Haven't used it yet but ..... Have had one in the past and was happy with it. Bought a new one to use when the swimming season starts here (probably in June 2015).
Five Stars Very nice
Nice for the price. Works ok if you let it run long enough. For the price I think it is probably the best you can buy but it just seems to take a long time to get things clean.

Happy with purchase We just purchased a foreclosed home that came with an in ground fiberglass pool. The pool has no enclosure and after the first rainstorm, our pool was quickly covered in dirt that that had flooded in. Realizing there would be no way to get all of the dirt out ourselves, I went online looking for a vacuum. I came across the Polaris and after reading the reviews, thought I would give it a try. Exactly what I needed! We had one before and it lasted 6 years but needed to be replaced so I bought the exact same one and it works perfect! This takes no other power source as it runs off the return jets. I leave mine running all the time until we want to swim.
Does the job. Can't be beat for the orice! Installation was easy. Previous cleaner was a Jandy, which did a great job but was way to expensive to replace. Took a chance on the Polaris and it has performed admirably. No regrets.
Clean Sweep A Ray Vac came with pool. We were use to how it cleaned...the Zodiac did not disappoint....cleaned for less than the cost of the Ray Vac....
Mom's little helper Does a great job for me. Does it clean like the 800.00+ pool robots? No it doesn't. It does however get everything from bottom of pool into the attached basket and I mean even sand. This is my second Polaris and I still think it earns its keep!
