Polaris vacuum-Sweep for fiberglass pools The pool Vac was easy to install. The only confusing part of the instructions was when it said to cut the hose to fit your pool. Best for the price This is hands down the easiest pool cleaner to operate and clean. Luckily, it is also one of the least expensive. We have had one before, but we weren't very gentle with it. We know better now. We generally just leave it in the pool at all times unless we are using the pool. Then we just lay the cleaner to the side and put it back in the next day. It is so easy to clean.
Works great for me I have a small (21 x 10) fiberglass inground pool and it works great for me. Before the Polaris I was vacuuming frequently to keep the bottom clear of dirt and debris. I leave the Polaris working in the pool except when we are swimming and it has kept the pool completely clean and clear. It has already earned its value in saved cleaning time and hopefully it will last a lot longer. So far I have had it almost a year. It was by far the cheapest automatic cleaner on the market.
Very Happy - Not the toy Amazon is calling it for the review! This was a replacement for a different type of Polaris Pool Cleaner. "Mortimer" (as we have named him) does a wonderful job. Our pool is a fairly small fiberglass pool and he can indeed get the pool clean in the 3 hours advertised. This cleaner has few moving parts which makes it even better.
Really improves health of pool. I added this to my pool and it has reduced the maintenance requirements of my pool as well as the circulation of the water. I have an Aquabot, but that requires planned use. The 165 can stay in the pool 24x7 and really helps cleaning debris, reduces algae since circulation is improved, and it will also help distribute chemicals with the increased circulation. Stinkt. Leider bin ich enttäuscht und etwas abgestoßen, da der Filter trotz regelmäßigen Waschens beim Staubsaugen einen unangenehmen Geruch verbreitet, was das Weiterbenutzen sehr unangenehm macht.
Lavage automatique ne fonctionne que rarement. The media could not be loaded. J'ai été ravie au début, très facile à utiliser, nettoyage a chaud, etc, bien qu'un peu plus lourd que les autres de la gamme.Depuis plusieurs semaines, impossible de faire le nettoyage à chaud.Pour un aspirateur a ce prix là, on s'attend a mieux quand même... Stings!!! This vacuum over time smells horrible!! The accumulation of humidity and dust STINGS! This sounds like a good combination at first but its actually a horrible idea because the dust once it gets wet wont get vacuum properly.
