Ottimo, finché dura! Purtroppo a pochi mesi dall’acquisto il prodotto presenta dei problemi. Innanzitutto ci sono dei giorni in cui si spegne senza motivo a 30 secondi dall’accensione, inoltre a volte non indica più quando l’acqua sporca va gettata o quella pulita aggiunta. A volte si ostina a dirmi di svuotare il serbatoio dell’acqua sporco nonostante l’abbia appena pulito. L’assistenza risponde in maniera abbastanza celere ma non so se finga di non capire oppure se non capiscano cosa dica, il che non è giustificato perché ... read more

Non compratelo Dopo pochi giorni il serbatoio acqua pulita perde copiosamente. Segnalato ma servizio clienti Tineco è pessimo e inutile, ti prende in giro. La beffa è che neanche Amazon vuole rimborsare. State lontani da questa truffa.
Great when it works but that's not often. Is great when it works. Bought this in winter 2021 to be ready for spring. Once pool was open it worked great, I mean it really did an unbelievable job cleaning debris out and it looked like this less expensive vacuum had saved us from replacing our much more expensive robot that died last season. Well, about a month after it was in the pool, it decided to only go backwards and tangle itself in its own hoses. Quality issue One of the four movement jets didn't work at all out of the box
Why is this not working right in just over a month I received this on July 17, it’s already wanting to go only backwards. Please tell me how to fix this or replace it.
Disappointed with product This product, when moving along, caught up in the hose and flipped over! This caused the jets to force water out & emptied our pool of several inches of water. Inferior product!!
